Train Your Horse To Travel©

A pair of well-trained horses prepare to load.At some point, most riders have been to events or trailheads where frightened horses are running free and even more frightened riders are running around trying to catch their loose horse. The stresses of traveling often affect performance, and can make the difference between a day of success or total disaster.

This program combines several elements of traveling with your horse, including:

  • Loading efficiently into the trailer
  • How to set up and use a travel corral
  • Using travel bandages properly
  • Overcoming common obstacles
  • Establishing the trailer as a place of safety
